About Nest Wellness

Brittany Jonat is an RMT who has been in practice since 2011. Brittany focuses her practice around the treatment of prenatal and postpartum women combining her years of experience with her strong belief that therapeutic exercise is a key component in both maintaining a healthy pregnancy and aiding in postpartum recovery. The private clinic space has a separate treatment room complete with a heated electric table as well as a gym space.
